Darwin-Dundee Beach Light Tackle Sports fishing charters with Black Label, off the Northern Territory coast line offer great Light Tackle Sports Fishing for the abundant Sailfish and Juvenile Black Marlin.
This Fishery is very seasonal April till the end of May and produces large numbers of sailfish were guest can release double figure captures in a single day.
Choose a variety of fishing methods from tease and switch baiting with natural baits, skirted lures to Fly fishing. We recommend and use circle hooks for the future of the sport and the benefit of a healthy release of all billfish.
The Black marlin off Dundee Beach can be from small juvenile fish up to a modest 200 pounds and on light tackle will be a great challenge for all anglers.
Darwin | Dundee Beach Light Tackle Sports Fishing 2019 with Black Label Charters, for a very limited short stay in the Top End during the Cairns off season.
Black label returns back to home port in June for light and heavy tackle commitments. Live aboard a stunning game boat and be fishing as the sun is rising and relax in fully air-conditioned comfort.
This will give anglers the opportunity to fish off a professionally run game boat with a highly experienced team who is part of the Cairns Marlin fleet.
We will be doing light tackle sports fishing primarily for sailfish and juvenile black marlin and these trips will be from 3 to 5 days live aboard on Black Label.
Other pelagic species will be available also from Spanish Mackerel, Tuna and jigging for assorted other sports fish.
BLACK LABEL is a custom built 40ft game boat by BLACKWATCH Australia. Black Watch established a reputation in the rough waters of Australia for speed, comfort and dryness.
With standard twin 450 HP power Cummins Engines, the Black Watch 40 will deliver an approximate speed of 30 knots with a sizeable load and a comfortable cruise on 22 to 26 knots.
Acceleration of the vessel is sensational with maneuverability which is often described as one of the best in the business.
Black Label is a Cairns based Game fishing Boat and part of the Heavy tackle and Light Tackle marlin fleet.
Black label will be the only professional game boat operating off Dundee Beach with an international crewman helping our guests in every way.
This coming 2019 season we will be bringing the vessel to Darwin for the Light tackle Sailfish and Juvenile black marlin.
This is only a short stay of 3 months in the NT during Cairns off season and will return to Cairns for her light and heavy tackle season commitments.
The vessel will be available for only limited dates in April and May to Capitalise on the peak of the billfish season.
