BOOKING INFORMATION AND ITINERARY

Requirements

If you require the Pre purchase of alcohol or special dietary drinks, please let us know 2 weeks prior to you arriving in Cairns as we can arrange this for your trip. Payment of alcohol and special purchases purchased by us is to be paid for by either eftpos or cash prior to the start of the charter.

Any special Dietary Foods requirements need to be pre-arranged so as to let the chef know as what to purchase for the trip. Any special medical requirements must also be made aware of to us prior to the start of your fishing Charter. Please let us know if any part of your fishing party are allergic to any food.

We strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance. It is important that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s)

WHAT TO BRING ON CHARTER

Sun Glasses & Light long sleeve shirt for protection from the elements.
Wide brim hat and light jumper or spray jacket
Personal toiletries for extended Charters
Cameras, Go-Pro’s for capturing the days fishing.
Personal sunscreen and insect repellent as guests often have a favorite.
Any special medical requirements Notify us Prior to departure
Your favourite music for the day.

WHAT WE PROVED ON CHARTER

Experienced skipper and crew ,High quality fishing tackle.
All Lures and baits for the days fishing.
Morning tea consists of local fresh fruit platter.
Lunch cold meats fresh prawn and salads, and nibbles for the day.
Special food requirements let us know in advance.
Light refreshments and bottled water (Alcohol BYO)
Australian Prime Beef and fresh QLD seafood

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR EXTENDED LIVE ABOARD CHARTERS

Terms and Conditions:

All costs shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. Accommodation prior to start of trip is not included in Charter costs. If you need any assistance with booking accommodation, please email us prior to the Charter and we can recommend a few places.

Deposit:

Within 7 days of confirming dates a 50% deposit of the total booking for Black Label Charters is required. Final payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of departure. If no payment is made in this time as you can understand the dates may be given to another client and deemed as a cancellation. Note a change in number of clients/change of dates from your original booking may constitute a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

. Booking cancelled outside 60 days will incur a 50% charge of booking cost.
. Booking cancelled inside 30 days will incur a 100% charge of booking costs.
. If a trip is cancelled due to emergencies or events outside your control we will try and move your trip to a later time of the year.
